Cannot access cPanel

It's been giving me the "Login Attempt Failed!" message since yesterday. My site also gives me a "Page Cannot be Displayed" message. Help? >.<

You might be using the wrong password. Request a new password from a account manager. As for the page can not be found, the DNS of my server (stoli) was down yesterday, that might be the cause. It's up today, though server load is at 13.45....
