Cannot access cPanel

i've been trying for the last 3 days or so to get in, but no luck. the site itself times out.

i was hoping there is just a waiting period until it would let you access it, but haven't read anything about that...

i can get to my Account Management Panel, and my Primary Domain (just recently though since i changed my Domain Name from x10hosting to exofire)
