Cannot access domain, account, cpanel

Hi,

I cannot access my cpanel neither the domain or mail.
I don't know why.
I've checked if my account is suspended but it says that the account doesn't exist or may be terminated.

Can you provide some help?

That account was terminated on 09/09/08 at 2:30 am. You're welcome to signup again but we can't recover ny of your files I'm afraid :/.

Don't worry about files, i've a copy of them.
Just one more question. Do you know the reason why it was terminated? I don't want to commit the same mistake (if it's the case) again

Well it was terminated because it was suspended for 10 days or more. I'll try and find the original suspension reason for you.
