Cannot access domain

My domain name was http://simplexproducts.x10.bz. I changed it to http://simplexproducts.co.cc/, however I cannot access my web page on this domain. It shows

If you want that co.cc domain, then go do as the message you pasted here said. It has to be registered at co.cc in order for you to use it. After registering it, set the nameservers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com
