Cannot access email via webmail or email client

For the past 2 days I have not been able to access my email through webmail (i.e. squirrel or horde) or through my email client. In addition, horde hasn't worked in months so I just used squirrel. Now nothing works.

Can this be easily fixed?

Hi Rob,

The lotus server completed migration BUT as per the status page http://status.x10hosting.com/

still some tweaking has to be done. So temporary outage is expected. So try after some time.

Thanks for the reply. I'll wait until Sunday night.

I checked the status page and the general forum but didn't see any mention of problems with email accounts. A similar issue had occurred on a previous server upgrade and for some reason it was specific to my account. It wouldn't have been fixed if I had not brought it to the admins' attention. I figured it wouldn't hurt to let someone know I was having an issue.

Looking forward to the tweaking to be done.
