hello i know its been a tough time, sorry if this ticket is not at the right time, as of now i see the servers are up & running i can access my address in the browser code is rendered well too, but i really need to get a few files from the server & needed FTP access which seems to be down at the moment, wondering if you could give me an approximate as to when this would be working! i dont mind it takin days, you'll are doin a wonderful job, im just askin for a figure to be checkin back in!
