Cannot Access my CPanel

I received an email with account successfully created with this information. But the domain show that the domain is still available. I can't access my cPanel. Please help me what i do?:dunno:

Is it that you can't see the cPanel; because I can at http://pncor.x10hosting.com:2082/ or is it that your details are not accepted?
