Hi, I am not suspended. But, the site is not reachable.

I tried to log in to cPanel just to see what's going on. I can log in, but, opening cPanel times out, too just like my site.

x10 domain: lazyavenue.x10.mx

Can you tell me what's going on?

not sure - but you need to verify that there are no proxies - firewalls - routers - VPNs - etc that could be blocking you from accessing port 2083
Many workplaces and schools do this

No. it's not. And, it always worked before. So, it's obviously timing out..

Now, even FTP does not work either. So, even though status says otherwise, xo2.x10hosting.com (XO2) seems to have a trouble, it has been a while.. at least like 5 hours now.

I'm getting a site that loads rather more quickly than average (compared to the usual bloated WordPress thingies most users here put up). Have you tried running a trace route (tracert) to see where the delay is? If you've never done that before, open a command line window and type:
Code:
tracert lazyavenue.x10.mx
You'll get a list of internet nodes that your request has to go through to get here, and how much time each of them is taking.

By the way, Thanks a lot for help, Guys.

This is really weird.. so, here is traceroute result:

traceroute to lazyavenue.x10.mx (198.91.81.4), 64 hops max, 52 byte packets

1 192.168.1.254 (192.168.1.254) 1.962 ms 1.777 ms 2.059 ms

2 * * *

3 * * *

4 * * *

5 * * *

6 * * *

etc, etc..

and, for ping:

ping lazyavenue.x10.mx

PING lazyavenue.x10.mx (198.91.81.4): 56 data bytes

Request timeout for icmp_seq 0

Request timeout for icmp_seq 1

Request timeout for icmp_seq 2

(for other common sites like google, it works for both ping and traceroute)

So, i don't see to get much after my home router. By the way, my internet is fine as I type here now. I am located in Metro Vancouver, BC, Canada.

So, if it works for you, obvisously, something may be to do with the my location. But, I can go all other sites no problem.

It just does not work for this x10 zone somehow... and, it's the first time I am experiencing this after couple of years of the service..

I don't know about British California, but your site is okay here in the Centre of the Known Universe. If a router reboot doesn't do it, it might have something to do with... how is it you pronounce "Rogers" out there? "Shaw" or something like that? Well, your ISP, in any case. Their "last mile" might be stuck.

My ISP here is Telus. So, it is still not working, and my mobile (which is Telus, too) using LTE does not work either.

And, my wife is on Fide (which is Rogers sub), and it works on her LTE.

So, you are right about maybe something to do with Telus network here.

Now, i am not sure how to solve this, but, at least, i got to test this out here. Thanks a lot.

It's pain now since I cannot upload anything since FTP does not work either (so, port would not be the problem).

Anyway, thanks so much for the help!
