Every time i type my url into the browser for my index or my wpadmin page i get the following message with "500 internal server error" in the tab.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Anyone know how i can fix this? I wasnt playing about with anything on the control panel last night, only in wordpress and it was just editing posts etc and it was working fine. :S what have i done?! :S
