Cannot access support ticket

I am trying to check the status of the support ticket opened up for me yesterday.
When i try to log into the support system to check i get this message:

Fatal error: ERROR: You do not have access to this Ticket. in /home/support/public_html/modules/tickets/client_tickets.php on line 172

At present, i cannot access the directory where all my cache files are as it shows as data error.
Although the files are there.

I will escalate this into the ticket system. If you cannot access this ticket, then I will talk to staff directly about trying to get your issues resolved.
