Can you access your website?
Make sure your Firewall is not blocking port 2082 (this is the port cPanel uses), and it's allowing this port.

I can't get into my website too... And also, my firewall does not block the port too... How about my router?

If you don't login to the forums your account gets suspended for inactivity. After suspension you've 10 days to claim for unsuspension. If you don't claim for unsuspension in 10 days your account gets automatically terminated from our servers.

This is what happened to your hosting account, which was finally terminated on December 23th of 2007.
You can create a new account if you want.

The problem is.... The hosting account was created only yesterday for the first time in my life. Only my forum account was created before that aforementioned date. I have checked the account management panel and it states that my hosting account is not suspended...

EDIT: Now, I am receiving a "Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system." message from the account management panel...

Edit: Ok, there seems to be no problem now... Closing this thread... Thanks Fedlearner!

On hindsight, I want to know why my hosting account was terminated last year when I created it only this year... Is this due to some coincidence?

Also, seeing the huge amount of "Unable to login to CPanel problems" threads, will it be ok to create and sticky a thread now that details steps to take before posting about it?

Thanks!

No it could just be someone requesting the same name, although your forum accoutn was made november last year, which may mean you perhaps inadvertently made a hosting account and never used it.
