Cannot access to cPanel and phpMyAdmin

I cannot login/access to cPanel (and phpMyAdmin too) anymore. It returns me standard blank page error "Impossible to view the page etc etc etc" as the page doesn't exists.

Where is my fault?

It worked for a while but then stopped working again.
