Cannot access web page or FTP

Currently I cannot access my web page or FTP account. From the account panel, I suspect that the account may be suspended. However:

a) I have not received any e-mail telling me that the account is suspended, or the reason why this may have happened.
b) There are no suggestions on how to handle this.

Please resolve this issue.

Can you provide the cpanel username to check what happend to your account?

The login name is ianmacm. However, I cannot currently bring up the cPanel page. Are there server issues, because my Internet connection is working fine.
