Cannot Access website,cpanel,ftp.

my address is blog.x10hosting.com not yourblog.x10hosting.com

my website works, i can loggin FTP(ftp denys access then freezes window)
i cannnot delete or add files

whats up? ive been stuck like this for 3 days now with no support.

make a new account n ditch this 1 im guessing?

Okay, your thread title and description are contradicting.

Your title says you can not access your site, yet above you say your site works, and you can login to FTP.

Please proof read before posting.

Can you or can you not see your site?
