Cannot Access?

I Made this, as i cannot access my site, http://runerock.elementfx.com , It works over proxies and on another connection. But i dont think my Aol connection is allowed to access, All that happens is that It times out, Its the same with all elementfx.com sites.
Is there any way to fix? As i need to access the site as it is a community, and needs administration.

The site is loading correctly for me. Is it still not working for you? It could be that your IP address was banned by the firewall or that your DNS has not updated yet.
