Cannot activate email address at registration

I could not activate the email address when register the account. Now the status is \\\"You currently have a hosting account pending creation. Your hosting account will be created as soon as your account\\\'s email address is confirmed.\\\" When I put the confirmation code in the textbox and click confirm address this sentence appeared. \\\"\r\nThe email address supplied is already in use (support).\\\" I tried to select resend confirmation email and it still couldn\\\'t activate an account. This will be my first account here. So this email address haven\\\'t been used before.\r\n\r\nThank you for your help.\r\nRegards,
