Cannot Add My Account Details

First of all i am sorry if this is not the Right section to ask this.
Moderators please move this to correct section if this is not the right section.

I logged in to my x10hosting account and was trying to change my password and add some personal information. I added the details like name, date of birth country also my new password and confirmed new password and clicked "Confirm Personal Detail" but nothing happened.....i waited for long but still nothing happened. I tried in both Firefox 2.0.0.7 and IE 7, but nothing happened.:dunno:

How do i add my details now....also i need to change my account Password also.....NEED HELP URGENTLY!:rant2:

Regarding the other things, changes are currently disabled in the account panel until we finish recoding the whole thing.

Hey corey received my new password but it didnt work dude....i am not able to login with my new password. and my old password still works....so could you tell me whats the problem.
