Cannot change account password

When i filled in the new passwords and clicked on the "Confirm Hosting Details", nothing happened in the end.
Also i couldn't log in to CPanel even though i tried to reset the password, i never receive the confirmation email.

Please help me! thanks!

It looks like you have some things installed on your account now. Did you figure this out?
