Cannot change cPanel password

Hi,
I used to log into my cpanel without any problem, today all of a sudden I cannot log in although I have attempted to change the password a few times. The password change notification was not sent to my registered email account.
Appreciate for anyhelp. I have some files that I have not saved locally yet.

Hi Hanhleo,

The chopin server is under migration, So downtime is expected. Once completed everything comes back to normal. you can check server migration status at http://status.x10hosting.com
