cannot change cpanel password

hey, when i try changeing my cpanel password it says cannot manituplate password file.

can anyone help me out?

i can reset it and send you a new one if you want, whats the cpanel username? and whats the email adress you put into cpanel (if any)

my site has been hacked. www.x-designs.x10hosting.com. someone told him my password, and i know who it was. he owns www.desimovies.x10hosting.com, because he installed something for me and knows my passwords.

and i tried re-setting my password and i followed the link which the email sent and it says it was wrong.

i would appericate if an admin would change my password.

Nedren maybe able to look into this.. and find out who it was even if he/she was behind a proxy.. and maybe contact his ISP.

I'll check the access logs and see what IP it was and all. What was the EXACT date that this was "done"? What was changed?

i belive it to be yesterday or today, as last night i logged out about 5.30 Uk time
