Cannot change primary hosting domain to co.cc

I'm trying to change my primary host domain to creativenamehere.co.cc. However, I keep getting this error,

A system error occurred while processing this action.

Error Code: 1E9F63B0

I have tried even changing the domain to creativenamehere.pcriot.com, which actually succeeded. I tried changing it to creativenamehere.x10hosting.com, which succeeded at first, but then afterward gave the same kind of error.

If the domain is already in use on your account it will fail.

The error code provided specifies pretty much the following: "The domain name cannot be changed because it is already owned by a user."

Do you have any of the failing domains added under cPanel as an addon or parked domain?

That explanation does make sense

I don't have any parked or added domains under cPanel. If I try to add any of the ones I failed on as a parked domain, cPanel returns an error stating that the domain name is already configured.

Curiously enough, if I try to make a subdomain, all the domains I previously failed on before came up as an option to use.
