Cannot Connect to a Site

I cannot connect to my website: http://teker.co.cc/. Right now it is using a different host, but I want to switch back to x10hosting. I have used x10hosting for this site before, but then i removed it. Now I want it back on x10. But each time that I try to change the domain, it says that the site is currently in use. Please help. THANK YOU!
