Cannot connect to database

Cannot connect to database when using Softaculous to install wordpress. I have tried using a zip file and tried installing it but the message of not being able to connect appears as well.

The domain in question is lukecheuhdesigns.x10.mx the cpanel username is lukeche2 and this is on the vox server.

Well, there seems to be a problem with the databased on the VOX server.
1. You can't connect to PHPMyAdmin
2. MySQL_connect() Too many connections - Error Message
These are my current problems.
I guess there is a problem with the connections to the database, so Wordpress wont install on your site. Sorry. But we're all going to have to be patient; the x10hosting staff are having a hard day with all these issues.
