Cannot connect to site or ftp

My website is http://ultimatevelocity.net and when I try to connect it will not display page.

When trying to connect through FTP:

I use cute ftp, i connect to host: ultimatevelocity.net, user, ultimate, password :***** (I did type correct info) and i get this error:

When trying to connect on the web I get:

The connection has timed out

The server at www.ultimatevelocity.net is taking too long to respond.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Whats wrong?

Is this the first time you are connecting to your FTP, or were you able to connect to it in the past with those credentials?

About two hours I was logged in with those credientials and it worked. I also could connect to my website at that address in the past.

Any suggestions please?
