Cannot connect to site

My site appears down, but was working yesterday. Firefox message is:

Connection Interrupted

The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

The network link was interrupted while negotiating a connection. Please try again.

I don't think there's a need to submit a ticket for this type of problem.

It's likely you won't be the only one affected by this and it just means more work for staff higher up when they've got a lot to do already.

The only thing you can do is be patient and wait for it to come back on.
