cannot connect to the sever and cpanel

i am unable to get into cpanel, and when browsing my site it 'cannot find the remote server'. i had a look in the forum and wondered that it may be to do with the boru upgrade or whatever happened. i have backups of my website files so thats ok. but when will the service be back up. also i have parked domains that i want to keep if the rest of the site is to stay unusable. thanks.

If your hosting account is on the server Boru, that server is currently down. Administration is aware and currently working on the issue.

If your hosting account is on another server, or the issue persists after an additional 12 hours, please let us know.
