Cannot create database from phpmyAdmin

The CPanel shows that I can make 3 more databases in mySQL but when I go to phpmyAdmin to make a database it says
(x) Not enough priviledges.

No idea why.

Don't use phpmyadmin, try, from cPanel, clicking on mySQL databases, and see if t lets you.
