cannot delete a directory

I had b2evolution installed, but I cannot delete the directory from my public_html directory. I can rename it (it's now called undeletable). Every time I try deleting it, it just comes back. I checked the files in the sub-directories and they are listed as having a size of 0 bytes. I cannot delete them individually. This is either through the cPanel File manager or via FTP. neither one works. What can I do about this?

Try deleting it with the legacy file manager.
