Cannot delete files

I have uploaded a website with frontpage on x10hosting but I have totally changed the website and want to delete everything and start again. When I go to file manager (public) and click on delete all then it says 'no records found' so I assume it has all been deleted but when I click refresh everything is there again.
How can I make sure everything (except my domain) is deleted.

Uninstalling frontpage extensions doesn't help!

It sounds like you may need to clear your cache. Clear your browser's cache, and then revisit the file manager. If you still get the error/see your files, visit your site's FTP and see if they can be seen from that.
