Cannot delete MySQL database

I recently found that a new database was added, it is taking up 0.01 MB of space, and I don't remember creating it. I tried deleting it, but it won't delete. My Cpanel username is bob12408, and the database name is the same, I am on Cossacks.

Is it being counted in your database quota by cPanel?

Yes, the database is being count as database quota.
