Even I will remove my own signature the x10hosting.com is still there. I really don't have any idea how to solve this problem.

I am guessing it is there because you are mailing from x10's servers? Maybe to prevent abuse? I really don't know but I use google apps for my email.

Hi Derek,

I'm using roundcube to sent emails, you can try my account to make a test so you can see it for yourself. I hope you can help me.

BTW when I try to sent it on my own account the x10hosting.com was gone but when I sent it on yahoo and gmail account it appears.

thanks,

Hello ralph2007,

This is not an error.

Because you are using a free hosting plan, the signature in emails sent from your x10Hosting account will always have that signature. Unfortunately there is no way to remove them, except upgrading your account to paid hosting.

Before you get upset, there are many reason this change has been instituted. First of all, this will help people know who has sent the email, which will help verify emails coming directly from x10Hosting and not being spoofed. We're hope this step will also help remove x10 messages from the spam box. Second, as a free hosting account user, you have very little restrictions placed on your account compared to a 'normal' web hosting service provided by other companies. The signature does not restrict your account in any way and will just show people that you are using x10hosting.com. If it is a huge problem, you can upgrade to paid hosting.

You can check it for yourself using dummy account.

First up, NEVER post a username/password. Ever. Someone could easily log into that and spam up the world, and you're liable cause it's your account.

Second, it's only doing it to emails sent out through x10's email server - if it's set up to use gmail to actually send the email, it's not using x10's email server, so the tag doesn't go on. That'd probably be why the one using gmail is unaffected.
