Cannot enter CPanel anymore...

I am not able to enter my CPanel anymore. I type my username and password, but it does not enter and asks again for my ID. I also tried to reset the password, but I havent received the email with the link for setting the new password: what's happening ?

Its quite unfortunate you had to be apart of this...

I have been with X10 for a while now and I have never seen anything like this with X10 before

My Cpanel isnt working i go to sign in i enter correct username pass word it just refreshes the page.. i realy hope this works soon i need to take my site offline due to crons before they suspend it.. i realy need this site..
