Cannot Flush Host

I am getting this error when trying to access the forum or get into the phpMyAdmin.

phpMyAdmin - Error

#1129 - Host 'int.starka.x10hosting.com' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-hosts'

The SQL servers are probably being worked on right now and should be back to normal shortly. Try to be patient.
