Cannot FTP

For some reason I can only access FTP with Internet Explorerm not ANY other FTP client. It says connection refused. IE would take literally forever to transfer something with multiple files, can someone help? Im sure everything is correct.

Maybe, your software fire wall is blocking the other clients... check your firewall.

yeah, also SP2 kills you, you have to mane an exception for whatever port you are using, also, anyfire wall can do that, along with ZoneAlarm (many people have problems with ZoneAlarm)
