There's nothing wrong with your site. I'm seeing an SMF forum named "Jackscape Forums" using a theme called "Blue Fox" (converted to SMF by BALLAN), and with a glow-in-the-dark green download/play link graphic featuring heavily.
The problem is between you and the server. Try running a tracert to see what's blocking you. It may be that your ISP is blocking x10 domains/IPs because of abuse (phishing, fraud, warez) from other user accounts -- it's happened before. If that turns out to be the case, then tell management which ISP is blocking you. They might be able to get the block lifted, but it's not easy to convince anybody to remove a site from a blacklist.
