Cannot install Vtiger on Softaculous

Hi, I'm using x10hosting and currently I'm using Wordpress in Softaculous installer to install some CRM systems. I installed Dolibarr successfully but when trying to install Vtiger I get the following error message relate to a missing PHP Extension, How can I solve this and install Vtiger successfully? Thank you!

by default x10 does not provide script support.
but you would need to find your php settings under 'extra features>select php version
look for the extension thats missing add a check mark if its not checked
then try again
