Cannot link accounts

It is asking me to link my account to my cpanel account when I go to log in here: http://x10hosting.com/account

However it always gives this error:
"An Error Has Occurred. The hosting username you specified does not exist."

I tried to make a new account and it said the I already have one and to use that.

What to do?

If you have not logged into the x10hosting forums for 2 weeks. The account goes into an "Inactivity" suspension.
You the have about 10 days to request that the suspension be lifted. Failing to do so the account automatically gets terminated.
If this is the case you then can use this link http://x10hosting.com/logout and resign up for another account.

That shouldn't have happened! I regularly log into the forums to stop that happening. But I'll try the whole logout thing and post again if it doesn't work.

I see you now have an account linked. I am assuming that you have created a new account. Accounts only get terminated for major TOS violations or inactivity. We rarely terminate for any TOS violations.

I watch people come and go on the forums and fail to be logged in. I would just double check and make sure you are indeed logged in. You do not have to post just logging in keeps the account active.
