Cannot link accounts

I tried to access my control panel, and I was prompted to put in my account username in order to link my hosting account (or something of the sort. I put in a username, but it stated that name did not exist. I thought I remembered incorrectly. After trying 2-3 different usernames, I was still told my username did not exist.

What's your cPanel username?

I believe it is fookehleek.

cPanel usernames are 8 characters max length, so that can't be it.
