Cannot log in - account suspended

When I go to my site on the internet (http://jbswaff.x10hosting.com), it tells me that my account has been suspended for no given reason with no given lift date. I cannot log into cPanel either. Please fix this problem or tell me why it was suspended as soon as possible; I have about 10 visitors to my site a day, and my site has been out for about 2 days now.
