Cannot log in my cpanel

I can see my account is active from https://x10hosting.com/control/
But when I tried to login, it said "The server at lotusnew.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond." Also,mysql appears to be not working as well.
Please help.

This is most likely a passing issue. As for MySQL, it was announced at http://status.x10hosting.com/ . Try again is some time.
