Trying to log into cpanel.
I have gone to http://npsc.x10hosting.com:2082
I have also tried https://lotus.x10hosting.com:2083
I have clicked the "Login to cPanel" button under view details
I have reset my password using "Click here to update my password"
I have reset my password using "Click here to update my password" again
I have tried every variation that I can think of for the user name
In ALL cases I get "Login Attempt Failed!"
Is it possible that my account is "Suspended", When I go to my Account Management Panel, it says my "Forum Account" & "Free Hosting" account are ACTIVE. When I click on "Click here to view suspension history and options" I see a pink "suspension" with the explanation: "No reason provided". Since it is a history I would expect a date/time stamp or something.
Any Ideas?????
