Cannot log in to cpanel

I have tried to update the password and use the same password to access my cpanel but for some reason it just declines the password ???

i can log to the ac, but cannot log in to cpanel and i just created the ac yesterday...please HELP ..:frown:

Are you trying the autologin link from the account panel? That may help.
