cannot log in to cpanel

Every time I try to access my site or control panel I often get this error.

The connection has timed out

The server at hannah.x10hosting.com is taking too long to respond.

* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

Can anyone help?

My cpanel username: sorana
Domain: midnighttemptation.com
Hosting Package: Ad-Enhanced (corporate)

Can you PM me your IP address? Sounds like you've been blocked by the firewall.
