cannot log in to cpanel

I've tried access my site and the control panel. either one doesn't seem to work. any help?

I keep getting this message:

At least your problem has been resolved; mine's been like that for over an hour now. I can't access my cpanel at all.

Many times, server downtimes take longer than an hour =( Try checking in a day or so?

I've also been having the same problem with the server. If we really have only a week to have a working site with an advertisement, then I certainly hope this problem resolves. Otherwise I'll never be able to finish. It goes down every time I'm about to make a change, preventing me from doing so.

My problem has been fixed. My router firewall was conflicting with cpanel. Once I disabled that, I could login properly.

For me it has nothing to do with the router, or firewall. CPanel keeps going offline. Am I wrong?

No, cPanel is working fine and has been. There has been no server downtime the past day at all.
