Cannot log in to synchonize my acc

Hi i am trying to login to my hosting acc with my forum user name to set this as a link but i cannot log in at all? I also seem to have a seperate pass word for cpanel (which i can still access) i believe i can set a password for hosting, cpanel and forum as the same?
Can you reset this for me please.
