Cannot Log In

I just created a hosting account and it's e-mailed me my details and told me where I can log in and manage my account and where to log into cPanel, but whenever I try to it just keeps asking em to enter my password..

Username: tylerh

Domain: DemisedSanity.ExoFire.net

You may need to wait some time after you get the mail, for your account to get created and the server to get updated.
Your account is now created and working.
You should be able to login to cPanel at http://demisedsanity.exofire.net:2082/, using your username "tylerh", and the password you provided when you signed-up.

If you still can't access cPanel, post back in this thread.

Still can't log into cPanel, and when I go to demisedsanity.exofire.net it tells me that the domain is available, and thats about it...

So.. it's been over 24hrs and I still can't get in.. is it something wrong on your end? I've tried both IE and FF... and when I use a proxy it works fine.

That still doesn't help.. I can't get into my cPanel on the proxy, but thanks anyways. I just want it set up so that demisedsanity.exofire.net works, is that so much to ask? Seems like a lot of people on here are having the same problem as I am.

you didnt understand, dont go on cpanel with a proxy, try it without proxy. read the guide carefully.

Here's another idea I just thought of. I used to work with a couple of guys who did webhosting, and I remembered just now that if you put /~username/ at the end of the server's IP address you can access your site.. Example:

my username is tylerh, right?
and cossacks' IP address is 74.86.116.90, right?

So.. http://74.86.116.190/~tylerh/ should take you to my index (well, right now it's my directory.. but ya know.. haha) It works for me, I dunno about the rest of you.

Anyways, what my point is, you could probably just get a simple forwarder from like.. shortURL.com and forward it to http://74.86.116.190/~yourusernamehere/ until they fix this bug.
