Resolved Cannot log into account & website barely working

Hiya, my website and cPanel was working fine yesterday but today I am having problems, I cannot view my website or login to my account.

When I try to log in to my account on the login page https://x10hosting.com/sso/login/cpanel or https://www.x10hosting.com/sign-in it takes me to this page https://www.x10hosting.com/sso/dne and says:

There's a Problem
Unfortunately we were not able to find your hosting account.
Your account may have been:
Removed for inactivity; or
Suspended and removed for a Terms violation; or
Requested to be deleted.
The good news it that you may sign up again now.

When I try to view my site some images do not load and sometimes it does not load at all, for example right now the favicon has randomly stopped appearing.

I am aware of the updates on the status page but as far as I know this should be complete, please assist

I am still unable to access my account however my website seems to be appearing normal now, can this be looked into please?

This is a result of the logon systems maintenance that occurred last night.

I'm working on a fix for it right now. It's currently only affecting some accounts. I'll update you once it's resolved.
