Cannot log into Cpanel

Hi, im new to this site and i recently registered for the ad-free plan

Problem is, i cant log into Cpanel!!!!!!! and it seems im not the only one

When i input my username and password as stated in my email, it cannot log in, they keep prompting me over and over again, with the message, login attempt failed

EDIT: Now i cannot even log into my account, it says

"An Error Has Occurred
Whoops, an error occurred retrieving your account's data from our system. Please try your request again in a few moments."

Plz admins help me.

Thanks man, but i dint realise updating servers would need 2 days.......

If you signed up for ad-free yesterday go here:
http://x10hosting.com/logout and sign up again.

We updated cPanel yesterday which changes how accounts were created so they were created incorrectly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
