Cannot Log into my cPan

Hi. I created a new account and I got a confirmation email with all the details necessary. When I log into my account I get this;

Account Username:lhamad
Primary Domain:http://loai.x10hosting.com
cPanel URL:http://loai.x10hosting.com:2082
Hosting Type:Ad-Free
Advertisements:None Required
Disk-Space Allotment:300 MB
Bandwidth Allotment:10000 MB
Features:cPanel 10+, MySQL, PHP 5+, CGI, FTP
PHP VersionHP 5.2.4 - Basic, Default - (What is this?)

I CANNOT LOG INTO MY CPANEL URL!! I tried every possible way.. I used My account username and password, my forum's account name and password, server address (http://74......:2082), and NOTHING.. I tried an FTP client with no success!!

Please HELP.. I would really appreciate it..
