cannot loggin into account panel or c panel

i have tried reset password option a million time now, but i cannot log into account panel or cpanel
but i can very well log into Forum or this suport place..
please help me, its urgent, i need thi.. thank u

It seems like there is no hosting account associated with your forum account. It is likely that your hosting account was terminated. If you give us your cPanel username, we can check to see what happened to it. Otherwise, please sign up for a new account at the x10Hosting home page, making sure to properly link your forum and hosting accounts together.
